Our team advises in the following fields of Czech law:
- company and corporate law, including corporate and tax structuring, and mergers and acquisitions
- contract law and the law of damages
- real-estate law, construction law and development
- employment law
- copyright and industrial property
- financial-services regulation
- corporate litigation and arbitration
- debt recovery and the ongoing management of receivables
- selected areas of criminal law, mainly white-collar matters
We also administer assets and hold funds in escrow for clients.
How we charge
We generally work on an hourly fee agreed with the client for the individual matter. The rate depends on the field, on the jurisdiction concerned — the Czech Republic, Germany, Slovakia or Israel — and on the language in which the matter is conducted. A flat fee can be agreed for work whose scope can be defined in advance. We agree the basis of the fee before we start.
Legal services are provided in Czech, English, German, Hebrew and Portuguese.
Areas we work in
Each area has its own page setting out what we actually do and how it works. If you are not sure where your matter belongs, write to us and we will place it.
